Refund policy

Because many of our items are made to order, personalized or assembled specifically for your recipient, we dont no accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection or personalized choices.

If your order arrives damaged, defectivve or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photes of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right. 

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled only if production or preparation has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. 

Please double check shipping addresses, personalization, ribbon colors, sizes, colors, card selections and gift messages before submitting your order. 

If a package is returned to us becuase an incorrect address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your order.
